What can I do with the SPARC Portal?
Anatomical Connectivity

The Anatomical Connectivity (AC) flatmaps show physical connectivity derived from SCKAN in an anatomical schematic context. Species available: human (female and male), rat, mouse, pig, cat.

o²S²PARC

A simulation platform that enables users to create, access, tune, and run models or computational algorithms through a web-based interface.

3D Whole Body

The 3D whole-body shows physical connectivity derived from SCKAN in an anatomically realistic context.

Functional Connectivity

The Functional Connectivity (FC) flatmap provides a visualization of semantic connectivity for a mammalian body.

SCKANNER (Beta Version)

An application to discover the SPARC Connectivity Knowledge Base of the Autonomic Nervous system (SCKAN).
