The Anatomical Connectivity (AC) flatmaps show physical connectivity derived from SCKAN in an anatomical schematic context. Species available: human (female and male), rat, mouse, pig, cat.

The 3D whole-body shows physical connectivity derived from SCKAN in an anatomically realistic context.
SCKANNER (Beta Version)
An application to discover the SPARC Connectivity Knowledge Base of the Autonomic Nervous system (SCKAN).
SCKAN Natural Language Interface (SCKAN NLI; Beta release)
The SCAN NLI is an AI query interface that uses natural language to retrieve connectivity information from SCAN. It employs GPT-4 and RAG to understand queries and generate relevant answers.
