BETA RELEASE: SCKANNER is a web-based software tool developed by the UCSD FDI lab and MetaCell to explore the current contents of SCKAN, a semantic store housing a comprehensive knowledge base of autonomic nervous system (ANS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS) nerve to end organ connectivity. Connectivity information is derived from SPARC experts, SPARC data, literature and textbooks. SCKAN supports reasoning and offers powerful query and visualization capabilities.
Note: There is a known bug where where some ganglion are currently miscategorized as “other.” This will be fixed in early 2025.
